White Mountain Plaza has a 650 square foot climate controlled conference room which is available for rental by the half day, full day or for lunch time. The room has its own outside entrance, bathroom, telephone service with speaker phone, coffee maker, water dispenser  and wireless high speed Internet access. It also comes equipped with tables and chairs and large dry erase boards. Meeting Room will hold up to twenty people at tables or in open seating. Special set up may require additional charge.
