Meeting Places & Spaces

Meeting space is complimentary in relation to the number of Guest rooms used by the group.  Specific meeting room assignments are handled during the initial coordination process.  A rental fee for Meeting Rooms will be charged where applicable. 

The Swiss Chalet reserves the right to reassign meeting and banquet space should it be necessary. 

We have a number of Visual Aids available at a nominal cost including  25" TV's, VCR's, slide projectors, overhead projectors, screens, flip charts, black boards, podium, microphone, data port for computer, etc. 

All meeting room fees include room set up with clothed tables, chairs and water service.
