Reservation Policy

A deposit of $300 is required when making the reservation either by check or money order.  The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay if there is no abuse to the house.  Holidays and Special Events require a three day minimum.  The entire amount for the rental is due prior to your arrival.

A key with directions to the property and information about the house will be mailed to you prior to your arrival.  IN the event of short notice rentals, arrangements will be made for you to pick up the key in Ruidoso.

Cancellation Policy

7 day cancellation notice prior to your rental date is required for a full refund.

30 day cancellation notice prior to a holiday or special event is required for a full refund.

Failure to cancel within the allowed time frame will result in non refund of your deposit.

Pets

There will be no pets allowed.

Smoking

There is no smoking allowed inside the house.
