We reserve the right to restrict the number of people in the cabins.  Normal check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.  Depending on cabin availability, these hours may be extended.  Guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged an extra half day.   There is no refund for early departures. 

One nights stay is charged on a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card at time of booking and a 14 day cancellation policy is applied most of the year.  Reservations cancelled fourteen days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to a minimum charge of one night equal to the quoted rate plus taxes, plus all other nights that the cabin cannot be re-rented. Any damage or loss of property will be charged to the credit card on file.  Non-refundable deposits or minimum nights stay may be required for multiple cabin rentals such as reunions or very busy times of the year such as Christmas.
