Refrigerated air, fully furnished with kitchen utensils, linens, all kitchen appliances are new stainless steel, new granite counter tops and vanities, new tub/shower combination. new sofa, new ceramic wood type tile flooring. Also has large flat screen TV. All utilities, cable TV and wireless internet are free.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.  Within walking distance of the Links Golf Course and less than 2 miles from Cree Meadows Golf Club. Good restaurants and Tap House nearby. Patio has umbrella, table and chairs. No smoking inside the town home. 1 small dog is ok. Sorry no cats due to allergies.

1-year lease can be negotiated.
