General Rules

Check-out is 11:00am. Check-in is 3:00pm (unless other arrangements have been made)

Quiet Hours- 10:00pm to 8:00am

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Anyone smoking in any of the cabins will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee.

There is a strict no-pet rule (this does not apply to RV Park). Anyone found to have pets in the cabins will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee. This also applies to any guests that may visit you.

The cabins are for registered guests only. We do not allow overnight guests without prior approval and proper payment. Anyone found to exceed number of registered guests would be asked to leave immediately without receiving a refund.

Any guest destroying or damaging property will be charged the cost of repair or replacement to their credit card.

There will be an additional $10.00 charge if any dirty dishes are left in the sink.

General- We strive to keep an attractive, clean, and quiet park for all to enjoy. We prohibit the following:

	Washing/Repairing of vehicles
	Driving above 5mph posted speed limit
	Unsupervised children
	Tents or outdoor sleeping
	Outdoor storage
	Blocking roadways
	Parking in non-designated areas

Payment Policy

	Reservations must be made using a valid credit card (MasterCard, visa or Discover).
	Deposit amount equals half of total stay plus tax.
	If wanting to pay with cash, you can do so upon arrival. Any extra fees that you may be charged will be charged to the credit card given to secure the reservation.
	Christmas and New Year reservations must be paid in full by December 1, 2003. We will only accept Check or Money Order.

Cancellation Policy

	There is a 2-week notice required for all cancellations (30 days for the Christmas and New Year holiday season). Cancellations made before two weeks (30 days for Christmas and New Year holiday season) of arrival date will receive a refund less a $30.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellation short of that, sorry, no refund.
	Any reservation made less than two weeks prior to arrival date will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equaling one nights stay plus tax.
	Guests who do not show up to use their reservation will be charged for all days reserved.
	There are no refunds for days not used.
