Governor Bill Richardson appointed Fred Mondragon Cabinet Secretary of the NM Economic Development Department in May 2007. Mondragon came to the Department from the Office of Economic Development for the City of Albuquerque. He led several visionary projects such as a sustainable development plan for the metropolitan area and a technology summit. Mondragon served three terms in the NM House of Representatives representing District 16 in the Albuquerque Valley.
 
Jill Cline has volunteered for 3 ½ years as Board Secretary for the Taos Entrepreneurial Network (TEN).  Jill has 23 years business and finance management experience, both at the corporate level and locally for the eight years she has been in Taos.  She is currently the part-time Executive Director of Enchanted Circle Health Outreach for Kids (ECHO Kids), as well as business manager for Wayne Rutherford General Contractor.  Jill has coordinated fundraising and program strategy and development for both TEN and ECHO
president of Hale and Sun Construction Inc. Serving as President of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico (a 1200 member trade organization) he set as a presidential priority the establishment of a viable and certified Green Building program. With the help of many fellow builders and associate members, they developed the Build Green New Mexico Kids.
a Clean Energy Specialist at the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department.  Ken Hughes was recognized by the State Legislature in November 2007 for his support of local government planning.  His 2006 Blueprint for Santa Fe was named by Smart City Radio as “a model for cities around the world.” 
Christopher Madrid was the Taos Entrepreneurial Network’s Facilitator for 3 years.  He has consulted with Espanola and the Rio Arriba Valley community leaders, in conjunction with the Regional Development Corporation, to identify the steps necessary for a similar project in their region and is currently presenting to communities in southern Colorado.  Christopher has recently become part of the IMPACT-NM team, a program of New Mexico Community Capital. 

Carol Radoseviche is PNM's Director of Economic Development. Ms. Radoseviche provides services to companies looking to relocate or expand in New Mexico. These services include assistance with gas and electric utility issues, financing, business planning and technology transfer.
