| The three bedroom Elite
sleeps 8 with the sofa sleeper and the two bedrooms sleep 6 with the
sofa sleepers ($10/person per night over this limit). These prices will
change during the holidays.
DCR Resorts is a time share resort and
the weeks in each condo are individually owned. We ask that you please
respect their ownership and take care of your condo as if you were the
owner.
DCR Resorts still has timeshare weeks
for sale. As a timeshare owner, you have the opportunity of exchanging
your week for a week anywhere in the world with RCI and you will also be
able to rent a condo any time of the year (as available) at half price
at DCR Resorts. You will own this week the rest of your life and will
receive a transferable deed to your property.
*These prices include free firewood
and there is no special cleaning fee for 2 or more nights. There is a
$50 cleaning/maintenance fee for 1 night stays.
**Timeshare owners pay 60% of the standard price
regardless of the day of the week on nightly stays during non-purchased
times.
A 10% discount is given to renters for renting units
for four or more days, including the weekend.
Pets allowed. However, a $75 nonrefundable fee is
required. Extra cleaning is needed due to the number of guests who are
allergic.
