Rates- Rates posted do not include applicable taxes (7.8125% gross receipts tax plus 5% area lodging tax.) During holidays and special events, rates shown are subjected to increase. Please contact us for pricing.  There is a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee for the Cozy Bear Den.

Reservation Booking- In order to guarantee a reservation, a Visa or MasterCard credit card number and expiration date is required at the time of booking. All credit cards will be charged one night stay to hold your reservation and the balance on the day of arrival.

If you cancel your reservation, a two week notice is required.
If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for a one night stay on your credit card.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you may be charged  for your entire stay.

Reservations for the CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON ( December 19 through January 3). must be paid in full by December 7^th.  If you cancel after this date, you will be charged for your entire stay.

Pets- Pets are not allowed so please make other arrangements for your animal(s).

Smoking- All units are NON-SMOKING!  Smokers are welcome to smoke outside if fire restrictions allow.

Check-In/Check-Out- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after office hours, your reservation must be paid in full prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
