Reservation Policy
Reservations will be held with a credit card,
personal check or money order if received prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy / No Show:
Should you need to cancel your
reservation for any reason, we require 7 days notice prior to your
scheduled arrival date( 30 days notice for major holidays and special
events) for a full refund. If notice of cancellation is not received in
a timely manner your first nights deposit will be processed and the
remaining nights will be cancelled. A cancellation number is given on
all cancellations please keep record of it. Some holidays and special
event times may require a minimum number of nights stay. You will be
responsible for payment of all nights reserved, if you do not arrive to
use a reservation and have not cancelled.
Accommodations Policy
1.NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and cabins.
Any damage from cigarettes or smell of smoke will result in $100.00
damage fee, Ask for designated smoking area .

GUEST PAYING WITH CASH Guest may pay with cash, but reservations must be
held with credit card. Any damage or missing inventory will be billed to
reservation card. Phone reservations will not be accepted without credit
card, an onsite $250.00 deposit will be available.

CONSIDERATIONS All guest will respect the privacy of other guest. Late
night check ins please keep the noise level low while settling in.
Cabins are older and nights are very quiet in the mountains, noise
carries and can interrupt your rest and relaxation as well as those
around you. The sound of the brook outside and trees whispering to each
other are the best sleep aids in the world. Please allow others to enjoy
be quieting down by 10 ish.
5. CLEANING FEES $50.00 one time cleaning fee [per cabin 4
guest or less. $50.00 cleaning fee for additional cleaning. $75.00 fee
for more than 4 guest.
6. CABIN PRICING FOR ADDITIONAL GUEST Cabins are priced for 2
persons, each additional guest is $10.00 per person per day, 2 children
per cabin under the age of 10 are no extra charge.
7. MINIMUM STAY 2 night minimum reservation. 3 nights during
holidays.
8. HOLIDAY PRICING We will keep are prices during holidays
however we will require a 3 night minimum during peak times.
9. GUESTS RIGHTS We will ask all guest to abide by same rules,
any guests disrespecting rules or others rights will be asked to comply
or to leave premises without refund.
